Preparing and submitting the camera-ready version of your paper

After receiving the acceptance letter please prepare the camera-ready version of your paper, taking into account the comments of the reviewers, if any. To facilitate and considerably speed up the formatting of the paper for the publication, you should use and follow as much as possible the instructions given earlier below.

Please upload the camera-ready version using this link. and logging in using instructions given in the acceptance letter.

Please upload:

  1. sources of your contribution,
  2. graphic files, if any
  3. PDF file,
  4. the filled-in, signed and scanned "Consent to Publish" form available here (as the conference name put "EUSFLAT 2017" and leave empty the list of editors).
as one compressed file in one of the popular formats, preferably ZIP.

Authors are invited to submit original previously unpublished research papers written in English using Latex (preferred) or Microsoft Word, of up to 12 pages long (one column). All accepted papers will be published in a volume of the Springer's Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing series, and submitted for indexation in the Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Science (CPCI-S). Please visit this series homepage for instructions on how to prepare the paper (Instructions for Authors, then Proceedings and other Multi-Authored Volumes); both Microsoft Word and Latex can be used.

Submission of a paper is a two step process:

  • First, an abstract with the title of the paper and the list of authors has to be submitted via this link. After the abstract is submitted you will receive an e-mail with the credentials which make it possible to revise the abstract, if needed, and to upload the paper in the next step.
  • Then the PDF file of the paper should be uploaded via this link and using the credentials mentioned above.

The submission process is split into two step just for technical reasons. An abstract is not verified in any way and the PDF file with the full paper is expected to be uploaded immediately after the abstract.
